Rezdôra is a rustic Italian restaurant from Chef Stefano Secchi and David Switzer. The menu is based on the cuisine of Emilia Romagna. Stefano spent many years cooking with both his nonna in Sardegna and in some of the great Italian kitchens in Modena and Piemonte, Italia.
