Korai Kitchen is Jersey City's first Bangladeshi restaurant, serving slow, homestyle, halal dishes made with love by James Beard-nominated chef and owner Nur-E Gulshan Rahman, affectionately known as Amma. Primarily takeout and delivery, the only dine-in experience is Amma's Dawat: an intimate, adults-only, 8-course, 3-hour dinner on select Friday and Saturday nights.
